Most advisory firms have three main assets: clients, brand and funds under management.

Looking forward to post RDR and beyond, it’s important you continue to develop the right clients for your business. Having the right clients in the post RDR world will be vital. Carrying non-profitable clients and delivering a consistent TCF strategy is going to be difficult.
